Hsieh Ying-Ying graduated from the Department of Sculpture at the National Taiwan University of Arts and deepened her exploration of creative expression during her graduate studies in sculpture. She later turned her focus to public art, examining the meaning and impact of art within public spaces. Hsieh is dedicated to creating works that foster profound interaction between viewers and their environments, using artistic intervention to invite not only visual appreciation but also emotional connection—enriching the viewer’s lived experience.
