This project is centered on local characteristics, with public art installations at the Pingxi and Dapu units. The Dapu artwork is located at the corner of the parking lot in front of the Rescue Dog Unit. Inspired by rescue dogs, it features clean, crisp forms to represent their image and convey the spirit of firefighters working side by side with their canine partners. Through the installation of public art in both locations, the project aims to communicate the mission of the fire service, create spaces that are both visually appealing and approachable, provide a sense of safety for the public, and offer emotional relief and support for firefighters in their high-pressure work.
